Affiliate Terms and Conditions
Effective date:
1. Eligibility & Enrollment
1.1 Any individual or entity may apply to join the Programme by emailing a brief explanation of how they intend to promote The Class Plan.
1.2 Applicants do not need to be current subscribers to The Class Plan to be considered.
1.3 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to approve or reject any application for any reason, without obligation to provide reasons.
2. Affiliate Obligations
2.1 Upon approval, the Affiliate will receive a unique promotional code for referred users to subscribe to The Class Plan.
2.2 Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and advertising rules (including ASA/CAP guidance and CMA endorsement rules in the UK) when making endorsements or testimonials.
2.3 Affiliates must not engage in misleading, false, or unethical promotional practices.
2.4 Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their contact, bank, and Stripe account information is accurate and kept up to date.
3. Commission Structure
3.1 Affiliates will receive a percentage of the net revenue (revenue remaining after deduction of Stripe processing fees, applicable VAT/sales taxes, and any other transaction-related charges) generated from active referred subscriptions.
3.1.1 The commission percentage is subject to change in line with the modification terms in clause 7.1.
3.2 Commissions are only earned after the referred user completes any free-trial period and their first successful payment is processed.
3.3 If a referred user’s subscription payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, no commission will be paid for that transaction.
4. Payout Terms
4.1 Commissions are calculated monthly. Reports are typically issued within the first five (5) business days of the following calendar month.
4.2 Payouts are issued via Stripe Connect to eligible accounts within the European Economic Area (EEA).
4.3 Initial payouts to new Stripe Connect accounts may be delayed by up to seven (7) days due to Stripe verification procedures.
4.4 After several successful payouts, you may become eligible for accelerated processing (typically three (3) days).
4.5 It may take up to twenty-four (24) hours from the issuance of the monthly report for funds to appear in your Stripe balance. Additional delays may occur depending on Stripe’s processing times.
4.6 If you are located outside the EEA, payments will be issued manually at our discretion and subject to verification.
5. Transactional Fees
5.1 Stripe Fees
5.1.1 The Class Plan will cover standard transaction fees charged by Stripe for transferring funds to the affiliate’s connected Stripe account. However, any additional fees imposed by Stripe after the transfer—such as payout processing fees—are the affiliate’s responsibility and may be deducted from their Stripe balance.
5.1.2 The Class Plan is not liable for any fees, currency-conversion costs, exchange-rate fluctuations, or delays applied by Stripe or the affiliate’s financial institution.
5.2 Manual Transfer Fees
5.2.1 For affiliates located outside the EEA, any transaction or processing fees incurred when using alternative payout methods (e.g., PayPal or manual bank transfer) will be borne solely by the affiliate. The Class Plan will not cover these costs.
6. Affiliate Deactivation Policy
6.1 Affiliates who have not generated any qualifying redemptions (i.e., no referred users successfully subscribed using their code) for three (3) consecutive months may be automatically deactivated.
6.2 Deactivation may include revocation of access to reports, cancellation of assigned coupon codes, and removal from future promotional activities.
6.3 You may request reinstatement by submitting a new application for consideration.
7. Programme Modifications & Termination
7.1 We may, at any time, change the commission rate, payout structure, reporting format, coupon-code settings, or any other aspect of the Programme, or terminate this Agreement (with or without cause) by providing notice.
7.2 If we modify your commission rate or the Programme structure, we will provide at least two (2) days’ notice.
7.3 Continued participation after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
8. Reporting & Transparency
8.1 Monthly reports will include:
- Total number of users who redeemed your affiliate code;
- Commissions earned for confirmed, eligible transactions; and
- Promotional tips and performance feedback (if applicable).
8.2 Real-time tracking is not available. Affiliates do not receive access to dashboards or live data feeds. Monthly reports are the sole official record of commission activity.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Loss of commissions due to technical errors, Stripe delays, or disputes;
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation; or
- Payment delays caused by incorrect information, bank rejections, or external payment processors.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement.
12. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and The Class Plan with respect to the Affiliate Programme and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written.
By participating in the Affiliate Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms and Conditions, as well as The Class Plan’s general Terms and Conditions (incorporated by reference).
